First Post EVER

Well as the name implies this blog is for eviewing and posting my comments on anime and manga. Now right off the bat I am going to tell you now that the anime and manga I will focus on will mainly be animes and mangas that are of the same type as Naruto, or One Piece. I WILL NOT(in most cases) be talking about romance manga as in SHOJO. Also above all else I WILL NEVER TALK ABOUT MANGA OR ANIME WITH THE THEME OF GAY MEN(Yaoi). Okay now that the formalities are over with I guess I will start reviewing some manga and anime. When I write reviews i will try to write them based on the most recent issue of a manga or episode of an anime but currently my dsl does not work so i will be behind on some anime and I am behind on two mangas right now. Also I am not the only one who will be writing reviews so don't think this is only my opinion that you are reading. Now all issues and episodes will be talked about a lot in the reviews but I will also give a score based on a 1-10 scale. Now the scale is done in units of 1 so here is what each score means:

1/10- It was horrible. it was a dissappointment to the series.
2/10- I didn't enjoy it that much but it had ONE redeeming quality about it.
3/10- It wasn't horrid.
4/10- There were good parts but not enough of them.
5/10- It didn't suck but it isn't award worthy either.
6/10- I would re-read it but only for plot-points or things like that.
7/10- I liked it but it wasn't as high calibur as the rest of the series.
8/10- It was good but there were some bad things that did all but help it.
9/10- It was good but there was 1-2 parts I didn't like about it.
10/10- It was amazing and went with the rest of the series perfectly. I loved it.

Okay my favorite manga in the entire world is One Piece so I figured i would make my first review of Chapter 388: "Gear second". Now I personally loved this issue(and ther are issues that I really didn't like so don't think im being byass or anything). This issue was great because it continued the so far so good Enies Lobby Arc. I think that this issue really helped to be the catalyst for the story. I had noticed recently that it seemed the story was slowing down after they got to Enies Lobby because it seemed that all the chapters were exactly the same, fight guards, move on, fight guards, move on, and so on over and over. I also liked this chapter because it showed that after this Arc something major was going to happen. Well unfortunately this is all i can tell you about the chapter because I would otherwise ruin it. The rating I give it would have to be a 9/10.
